He has raised over $31,000,000 in grant funding, presented and keynoted national conferences, and believes the success of any collaboration rests on trust, a focus on results, commitment to service, and and unrelenting determination to serve society.
Nicole Rodriquez, Ph.D.
Vice President of Quality and Strategic Initiatives
Dr. Rodriquez comes to Integrity Partners with 20 years experience in the field of social work, data analytics, institutional advancement, and clinical practice. She has published several peer-reviewed research articles on human service programs and social work and understands the role data-informed decision-making plays in strong primary and behavioral health outcomes for clients.

Mr. Hoertz comes to Integrity Partners with 15 years of supervisory, finance, operations, and entrepreneurial experience. As a business owner and manager at a national company, Erik understands the roles that sound financial procedures, operations, and technology play in the success of an organization.
